Tasting Notes
Light green. Initially rather restrained on the nose, blossom honey, a hint of lily of the valley, yellow peach. Elegant on the palate, full-bodied texture, lively race, brilliant structure, very good length, very balanced acid structure, enormous ageing potential, driven by a razor-sharp arc of acidity that still completely conceals the pleasant sugar residue.
