Tasting Notes
Dark ruby, opaque core, purple reflections, subtle ochre rim brightening. Delicate notes of nougat, clove and ripe dark berries, a hint of fig and candied orange zest, with oak savouriness in the background. Juicy, ripe heart cherry, finesse-rich, fine acid structure, round tannins, lingers for a long time, already well developed, fine chocolate touch on the finish, sure development and ageing potential.
