Tasting Notes
Delicate light green colour, fine typical aromas on the nose: green gooseberry, fresh cut grass, not yet ripe mango, wet pebbles, bent elderberry stalk. Fresh and crisp on the palate, somewhat green, a little glacier ice candy, delicate sweetness on the finish.
More about the tastingBright aromas, mango, red gooseberry, ripe peaches. On the palate, wonderful substance without being overly heavy, silky phenolics, round, supple, notes of limestone, mineral, refined fruit with an unapologetically sweet finish.
