The red wine Haideboden, vintage 2012 from the winery Weingut Umathum has been rated in 2014 with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Zweigelt, Blaufränkisch, Cabernet Sauvignon from the region Lake Neusiedl in Austria.
Strong ruby garnet, violet reflections, broad rim brightening. Inviting dark forest berry confit, delicate notes of cassis and blackberries, subtle dried herb spice, mineral touch. Juicy, elegant and balanced, subtle extract sweetness, fine wood spice on the finish, lingers well.
