Light yellow-green in colour. Fine hints of rose oil, a hint of marshmallow (dough), very typical, precise bouquet, smoky notes of meadow herbs. Juicy, sweet, well-integrated pear fruit, elegant body, fine acidity, dark minerality on the finish, salty nuances, very good length and ageing potential.
