Tasting Notes
Dark ruby-garnet colour, purple reflections, subtle watery rim. Fine wild berry confit on the nose, soft notes of blackberries, a hint of nougat, subtle herbal spice, fine dried fruit flavour. Full-bodied on the palate, dark berries, elegant, ripe fruit, present tannins, soft notes of oranges, finesse-rich structure, balanced texture, salty finish, chocolaty aftertaste, already easy to drink, but also has definite ageing potential.
