The red wine Hallebühl, vintage 1997 from the winery Weingut Umathum has been rated in 2007 with Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Zweigelt, Cabernet Sauvignon from the region Lake Neusiedl in Austria.
Strong ruby garnet, delicate rim brightening. Delicate dried fruit notes on the nose, fresh, somewhat lemony structure on the palate, not quite balanced, red berry finish, persistent, a touch too racy overall.
