The white wine »Terra Rossa« Sauvignon Blanc trocken, vintage 2020 from the winery Weingut Weedenborn has been rated in 2021 by Ulrich Sautter with 92+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Sauvignon Blanc from the region Rhine Hesse in Germany.
It has an attractive nose, with aromas of gooseberry, papaya, passion fruit and pink grapefruit, as well as red fruit notes, and hints of minerality. On the palate it is full-bodied with a balanced acidity, and it is multi-layered, with mineral verve, and with the variety's character almost receding into the background. .
