The white wine »Grande Réserve trocken, vintage 2019 from the winery Weingut Weedenborn has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay from the region Rhine Hesse in Germany.
Green apple and some bitter almonds are a great combination on the nose; whilst the palate shows promising substance, acidity and tannins. Still youthful, this is definitely a wine for cellaring. To be drunk again in three to five years.
