The white wine »Edition Papillon« Auxerrois trocken, vintage 2021 from the winery Weinmanufaktur Gerhard Schwarztrauber has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 89 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Auxerrois from the region Pfalz (Palatinate) in Germany.
Beautifully pure nose, yellow apple, walnut, pear, appears quite full-bodied. On the palate, the fruity aromas with lots of ripe pears remain in the foreground. The slight touch of residual sweetness is countered by a fine tannic grip.
