Tasting Notes
Light golden yellow, with silver reflections and a fine, lively mousse. Nuances of fresh, bright cherry, greengage, white flowers, fine pastry, a touch of fruit cake, orange marmalade and some honey. Powerful, equipped with fine fruit expression and subtle nougat, it is textured and round. The wine has a fine acid structure, minerality, discreet fruit, a breath of smoked bacon, mocha and caramel in the echo. It is a great, complex food companion, already very gluggable. It is salty, textured, very long and nevertheless very light-footed and lively, a textured food companion with definite ageing potential. (10/5/2023) .
