Tasting Notes
Light golden yellow with silver reflections and a fine, delicate mousse. Fine yellow stone fruit nuances, some greengage, yellow plums, some blossom honey and candied orange zest, with fine tobacco nuances underneath. With taut, tightly meshed, racy acidity, white apple and lime, it has a very lively style. It is salty on the finish, has very good length and subtle fruit expression on the finish. It has great ageing potential. (11/5/2023).
