Tasting from 29.11.2021: Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach und Ursula Geiger

Notes of ripe, juicy pear and some quince on the nose. There’s also lime blossom and creamy white honey. Powerful attack with very discreet notes of caramel and bergamot. Develops a fine mellowness and an elegant bitterness.
