Deep dark ruby, with an opaque core, and purple reflections. Lovely dark berry confit aroma, with fresh blackberry, some delicate tobacco nuances, and a hint of violet blossom. Complex, with a tight and elegant texture, vivid tannins, some nougat, a fresh structure, and with red cherry fruit notes. It has class and weight, and it has good ageing potential.
