Tasting Notes
Complex aroma: smoky, slate-spicy notes, a hint of overripe fruit, baked apple, but then also citrus-fresh aromas, yeast, balsamic spontaneous fermentation savouriness. On the palate it shows with a juicy, fresh arc of tension, typical of the Saar and much leaner than the aroma would lead one to expect, clearly mineral in character, very straightforward and becoming ever finer and more playful on the finish.
