Tasting from 18.02.2020: Ulrich Sautter

Slate-spicy, citrus and distinctly floral on the nose: rosemary blossom, lilac. On the palate, it shows with an emphatic play: juicy acidity and unobtrusive sweetness, all on an exciting mineral foundation. Great length. Cabernet raciness at its very best.
