Tasting vom 19.11.2021: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Brillantes Strohgelb mit anhaltender Perlage. Duftige Nase nach frischen Südfrüchten, zarte Brotkruste, kandierte Zitrone, im Nachklang Wiesenkräuter. Am Gaumen sehr stimmig und rund, zeigt sich ausgewogen in Saft und Perlage, trinkt sich sehr gut.
