Das Bouquet erinnert an Minze, Miso und Würze. Am Gaumen setzt sich die würzige Note fort. Der Körper ist frisch, ausgewogen und zeigt ebenso viel salzige Umami wie reife, saftige Pflaumen. Der salzige Abgang hält die Tannine im Griff.
