Golden brown, like a Schnitzel, crowned by light foam. Salted pretzel tones and also some rooty notes in the aroma. On the palate, it is immediately full-bodied and with a patisserie-like impression; the carbonation helps the drinking flow. Also, a noticeable bitter hop note to finish.
