Dark brown in colour, opaque with a brown foam. Malty and sweet on the nose, with minimal acidity and notes of coffee, chocolate and vanilla. Sweet on the palate, then a very slight acidity comes through, followed by clear roasted flavours. Slight malt bitterness and notes of dark chocolate and cappuccino. Goes well with tiramisù, chocolate or mature cheese such as Roquefort or Stilton.
