Dark chestnut brown in colour with a light brownish foam. Restrained on the nose, with a slight sweetness, chocolate notes and roasted flavours. Slightly sweet on the palate, then a subtle malt bitterness comes through; notes of dark chocolate and coffee. Goes well with chocolaty desserts.
