«Cosmokrator» Doppelbock Dunkel from the brewery Cosmo Bier Kultur has been rated with 84 - 86 Falstaff points . It is a Bock beer from the region Kanton Aargau in Switzerland.
Dark brown, no foam formation. Roasty on the nose, coffee, dark malt, caramel, some raisins and kitschy notes. Surprisingly light on the palate with a sweet character, shows virtually no carbonation. Finishes tart and sweet.
