Orange, intensely cloudy with little foam. Acidic blood oranges, kombucha and red berries on the nose. A red-fruity mix with a distinctly acidic base on the palate. Very subtle lactic notes (currant flavoured yoghurt). Very harmonious, but reserved for connoisseurs.
