Yellow golden robe with white, somewhat coarse foam that lasts a long time. Aroma of pomelo, rice casserole and dried pineapple. Full-bodied first taste, which shows yeast - pizza dough style - but hardly any bitterness. Finally, a subtle hint of green pepper can be tasted.
