Golden yellow, very rich and dense foam. Slightly resinous aroma, grassy and hemp-like. Very slender first taste, the malt flavor comes through towards the middle of the drink, but remains overlaid by the hoppiness throughout. A Märzen that would also appeal to mushroom drinkers.
