Golden yellow with a very nice, dense white foam. Strong mousse. Fresh white bread and malt on the nose. Caramelly aftertaste, refreshing and again reminiscent of baguette. Slight, unobtrusive BITTERNESS towards the end. "Very typical of the variety"! .
