Moxie opens in Hong Kong
Moxie, a new Hong Kong restaurant by Australian chef and restaurateur Shane Osborn, has opened its doors in Alexandra House in the Landmark. Osborn, who appeared in the reality TV show The Final Table, was the first Australian chef to achieve both one and two Michelin stars at Pied à Terre in London. He has two other Hong Kong restaurants, Arcane and Cornerstone, which operate under his Arcane Collective brand. He announced the Moxie opening on Instagram with a post dated August 23 saying "Opening day... look forward to seeing you soon".
Moxie is an all-day restaurant with an open kitchen. Led by Arcane veteran, chef Michael Smith, it promises "a fresh approach to conscious dining" in Hong Kong’s Central business district. "This new casual all-day dining restaurant sets out to offer an experience that stimulates the senses while broadening horizons and encouraging people to rethink their relationship with food, their health and the planet," Moxie says on its website.
