Reservations at Copenhagen’s most avant-garde restaurant are opening again—Alchemist has announced new ticket releases for early 2026.
Copenhagen’s trailblazing restaurant Alchemist—renowned for its fusion of gastronomy, performance, architecture, and immersive art—has announced its next ticket release. Reservations for experiences taking place January 7 through March 31, 2026 have opened on Tuesday, December 2 at 5:00pm (CET).
Guests can once again step into chef Rasmus Munk’s celebrated world of Holistic Cuisine, where a fine dining menu unfolds alongside installations, dramatic visuals, and live performers. Bookings are available for parties of two to six.
