Dry Extract Interview: Susanna Busi Jacobsohn of Busi Jacobsohn, East Sussex, England

Interviews
Dry Extract

In our Dry Extract mini-interview feature we ask top professionals in the world of wine, food and travel to answer 13 deceptively simple questions in a quick-fire fashion.

Together with her husband Douglas, Susanna is the proud owner of Busi Jacobsohn Wine Estate in East Sussex which produces some of England's most exciting sparkling wines. Hailing originally from Sweden, Susanna and Douglas planted their five hectare vineyard six years ago in 2015, and the current 2018 vintage is just their second release. They produce two cuvées, a Cuvée Brut and an Extra Brut Rosé, available from Harvey Nichols and Yapp Brothers.
