Organisers gearing up for the second ‘Wine Vision by Open Balkan’ event

The best wines, the best winemakers, paired with a diverse tourism offer and the corresponding culinary delights: after last year's success, the fair wants to go one better this year.

Over 350 exhibitors from 22 nations, and more than 30,000 visitors – these are the impressive figures from last year when ‘Wine Vision by Open Balkan’ was launched in this form for the first time and seemed to immediately become an institution. A trade fair dedicated to the wine culture of an entire region aiming to establish, or further deepen, the business relations of the local winegrowers in the area.

Three governments, one initiative

Like last year, the patronage of the event lies with the governments of Serbia, Northern Macedonia and Albania, with the ‘Open Balkans’ initiative also involved. The second edition this year will again take place in Belgrade from November 16-19, with at least 350 exhibitors available for talks, tastings and networking: at least 350 and counting, because “This year we have put together an even richer programme,” the organisers promise on their website.

The programme

The diversity of the event is not only reflected in the long list of exhibitors but also in the varied support programmes available to guests. In addition to the opportunity for networking, various master classes and panel discussions will also be offered.
