Taste East Devon unveils event line-up

The September food festival will include a talk and tastings headed by Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall.

Taste East Devon, from September 9-24, will showcase local produce, chefs and dining experiences. The food festival recently announced new events for this year's edition: the latest to be added to the programme is ‘The Gut Health Revolution’ on September 13, Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall hosting an educational morning of talks and tastings (two talks and a panel discussion).

One of the highlights is the Ottery St Mary Food & Families Festival on September 9. This free event celebrates the best local food and drink, including demonstrations, a market, street food, and entertainment.

Other new events:

  • Fiery Spicy Night at River Cottage (September 13), bringing flavours of the East to East Devon.
