This classic Negroni rounds off the Valentine's Day menu with a clear structure and fine bitterness. An elegant cocktail to round off the dinner - balanced, full of character and served with fresh orange zest.

Ingredients (1 servings)
30 ml Gin
30 ml Campari
30 ml Red wormwood
Eine handful Ice cubes
some Orange zest or orange slices for garnish

Preparation:

  • Fill a tumbler with ice cubes, then pour in the gin, Campari, and vermouth.
  • Stir gently to combine, and finish with a twist of orange peel for garnish.
