Cranberry Mojito
When mixed with cranberry juice, the classic cocktail is given a modern twist.

| 5 | Bacardí Carta Blanca | |
| 4 | lime wedge | |
| 12 | fresh mint leaves | |
| 2 | teaspoon(s) | fine white sugar |
| 2.5 | soda or mineral water | |
| 5 | cranberry juice | |

Preparation:
Put the lime wedge and sugar in a large longdrink glass and crush the ingredients with a pestle. Crush the mint leaves with a bar spoon to release the aroma, then carefully fold into the lime juice.
Fill the glass halfway with crushed ice and pour the Bacardí Carta Blanca and cranberry juice over it. Stir gently until the sugar has dissolved and fill up with crushed ice.
Add a dash of mineral water and garnish with a fresh sprig of mint.
