Golden Apricot

A refreshing late summer cocktail that combines the fruity sweetness of apricots with floral and tart notes.

Ingredients
2 cl grain brandy matured in Olorosso sherry casks
6 cl meadowsweet and lime blossom honey wine
4 cl Verjus (extra sour)
1 cl lilac vinegar
3 cl apricot puree

For the meadowsweet and lime blossom honey wine

  • Mix 5 liters of Sauvignon Blanc with 200 g of German organic lime blossom honey. Add 10 meadowsweet cones and 10 lime blossoms (with young leaves) to the wine and leave to infuse in the cold for 10 days.
  • Then filter and store in a cool, dark place.

Preparation

  • Put all the ingredients in a shaker with plenty of ice and shake hard. Pour into a tiki mug over ice and garnish with flowers and umbrellas.
