Original Aperol Spritz
It is the most famous spritz drink in the world and one couldn't imagine a summer in Europe without an Aperol Spritz.

| 60 | ml | Aperol |
| 60 | ml | white wine |
| 1 | splash(es) | soda |
| 1 | slices | orange (garnish) |
Preparation:
- Fill a wide wine glass with ice cubes.
- Add equal parts Aperol and wine, 60ml is just a guideline. Pour the white wine first, then the Aperol and finally a spalsh of soda, ideally with a soda siphon and in such a way that the ingredients are well mixed.
- Decorate with a slice of orange.
Tip:
The Veneziano variant uses more sparkling, with Prosecco or sparkling wine replacing white wine.
