The Bee – with Gin
Full of blackberries, pineapple, honey and of course gin - a sweet cocktail and signature drink from Lenox Bar in Zurich.

| 3 | large blackberries | |
| 1 | bar spoon(s) | honey |
| 1 | cl | lavender cordial |
| 4 | cl | Lenox Gin (Honey flavoured) |
| 8 | cl | pineapple juice |
- Muddle the ingredients except for the pineapple juice in the shaker with a muddler to release all the deep blackberry notes.
- Then add the pineapple juice and shake everything in the shaker with ice.
- Pour the cocktail into a highball glass and garnish with marinated blackberries and blueberries.
