The Bee – with Gin

Full of blackberries, pineapple, honey and of course gin - a sweet cocktail and signature drink from Lenox Bar in Zurich.

Ingredients
3 large blackberries
1 bar spoon(s) honey
1 cl lavender cordial
4 cl Lenox Gin (Honey flavoured)
8 cl pineapple juice
  • Muddle the ingredients except for the pineapple juice in the shaker with a muddler to release all the deep blackberry notes.
  • Then add the pineapple juice and shake everything in the shaker with ice.
  • Pour the cocktail into a highball glass and garnish with marinated blackberries and blueberries.
