A peanut butter-packed smoothie that stands alone as breakfast—extra rich and bursting with flavor!

Ingredients (4 servings)
1 Banana
300 ml Almond milk
150 ml Buttermilk
2 tablespoon(s) Peanut butter
500 g Frozen blueberries
Berries to garnish
Roasted peanuts to garnish
  • Slice half of the banana for garnish.
  • In a blender, puree the remaining banana with almond milk, buttermilk, and peanut butter until smooth.
  • Blend the berries separately, reserving a few for garnish.
  • Layer the berry puree in glasses, then pour over the banana-milk mixture.
  • Finish with a straw, banana slices, berries, and a sprinkle of peanuts.
  • Stir with the straw before savoring.
