Happy Breakfast Energy Boosting Smoothie

This smoothie strengthens the immune system and provides an energy kick to start the day.

For 2 glasses

For the cashew milk:

Ingredients (2 servings)
50 g organic raw cashews
300 ml water

For the smoothie:

Ingredients (2 servings)
cashew milk
3 spirulina tablets
1 tablespoon(s) Manuka honey
1 teaspoon(s) Himalayan salt, or substitute with sea salt
130 ml coconut water
1 tablespoon(s) coconut oil
10 g 99% dark chocolate
cinnamon powder
1 lemon, zested and juiced
1 piece(s) ginger (approx. 5cm)
1 tablespoon(s) turmeric powder
1 tablespoon(s) ground coriander
1/2 tablespoon(s) tellicherry pepper
  • For the cashew milk, put the cashews and water in a high-powered blender and blend for 1 minute.
  • Peel a thumb-sized piece of ginger and add to the blender with spirulina, Manuka honey, Himalayan salt, coconut water, coconut oil, chocolate, some cinnamon, zest and juice of a lemon, turmeric, coriander and Tellicherry pepper and blend to a perfect power smoothie.
