Tarte flambée with leek & ham
Give your snacks some Italian flair with these tasty apertivo with leek and ham.

| 1 | packet | pre-rolled shortcrust pastry bases |
| 60 | g | creme frâiche |
| 40 | g | ham |
| 2-3 | leeks | |
| pepper, ground | ||
- Preheat the oven to 270°C (top & bottom heat) and prepare the tart bases straight from the fridge.
- Place the 2 tart bases without baking paper on a baking tray.
- Spread with the crème fraîche, leaving a 1cm border around the edges.
- Top the bases with ham and finely chopped leek.
- Bake the tarte flambée on the lowest rack of the oven for 7-9 minutes until crisp.
- Finally, season with pepper.
