Modern fine dining meat restaurant - HÄRG
The owners of the Restaurant HÄRG (Ox in English) are two Estonian grillmasters - Enn Tobreluts and Andres Tuule. Enn is Estonia’s most authoritative meat specialist and BBQ master, and therefore, one can be sure that the meat dishes served here are outstanding. Most of the dishes are prepared over an open fire. The restaurant’s signature dish is ‘dirty steak’, which is cooked straight in charcoal. The menu favorites are also slow-cooked meat, high-quality steaks, grilled lamb, -beef, -pork, -duck, -fish, -seafood, vegetarian dishes and healthy salads. There are very wide selection of wines and gins available. The HÄRG’s modern interior design, which has been deemed worthy of a nomination for the annual prize awarded by the Estonian Association of Interior Architects, makes it special and festive. In the summer the restaurant expands onto the terrace, and the courtyard can accommodate larger groups of guests. Resturant HÄRG was awarded a Bib Gourmand in the 2021 and 2022 edition of the MICHELIN Guide Estonia!
