The Kazumi restaurant, opened by Alexander Illeš, one of the most respected experts on Japanese cuisine in Slovakia, has been joined by its younger sister – Bistro Kazumi on Karadžičová Street in Bratislava. His greatest inspiration was his regular stays in Japan, where he learned about the culture and, above all, the secrets of traditional home cooking directly from local masters. He also regularly passes on his rich experience and art to gourmets at the Cooking School in Svätý Jur, where he has been leading popular Japanese cuisine courses for ten years. His restaurant menu includes specialties such as gyuniku udon foie gras, delicate futomaki sake philly and a rich selection of mixed sushi plates that will delight every lover of Japanese flavors.
