It is the new face of Bratislava gastronomy. In Eurovei II, right on the Danube embankment, it combines Austro-Hungarian culinary heritage with a modern urban vibe. Under the leadership of chef Anton Meszároš, it offers iconic dishes such as Viennese schnitzel or traditional tafelspitz, but also lighter and more playful variations for the contemporary guest. The restaurant breathes modern design with a reference to the Danube River and an open kitchen that gives an insight into the team's work. The terrace on the promenade with a view of the river is ideal for long evenings in the city center. The beverage menu combines beer from Pálffy Brauerei, wines from VIAJUR, quality coffee and creative cocktails. PaB Donau is a place where tradition, quality and the energy of the city meet.
