At the same time, you can watch a wedding couple having lunch and applaud an engagement with a huge bouquet of roses. Two menus of three to five courses are on offer to ensure adequate enjoyment. And so that you don't just look outside, the plates are arranged with great attention to detail. The golden mackerel in a rather sweet arrangement with apricot, sweetcorn and Madras curry goes well with the Riesling Hochheimer Hölle from Künstler, which is offered by the glass. You could try the 2019 "PINO 3000" three-country cuvée, which matures up here, with the harmonious "duck and celeriac" course, which offers much more flavor. The patisserie with plum tart with vanilla and tonka bean cream and cassis ice cream is a delight. And if you want to go all Bond here, go for the Bollinger "007 Edition" 2011 vintage for 520 euros. Because: "The world is not enough."
