Tasting Notes

Tasting from 31.10.2025: Roland Graf, Erhard Ruthner, Alexander Thürer

Subtle citrus notes open the bouquet, followed by intense smoky notes that are pleasantly reminiscent of rubber. Notes of paprika and minerals follow this. The palate is balanced and intensely smoky again. A subtle sweetness contrasts with an assertive spiciness and slight sharpness, with notes of jalapeños emerging, followed by a long-lasting, smoky, and slightly salty finish.
