Distinctive smoky note with slightly mineral and medicinal tones. In addition, nuances of honey, malty spice, oak and light fruit. Powerful on the palate from the start and with a peppery spiciness, the smoke is striking and is accompanied by a subtle sweetness, oak spice, vanilla and malt. Towards a dry finish with gentle light fruit, earthy smoke and chocolate.
