Teeling Small Batch Irish Whiskey wird aus handverlesenen Fässern mit Grain- und Malt-Whiskey hergestellt, die zunächst in Ex-Bourbon-Fässern und dann bis zu 12 Monate in zentralamerikanischen Rumfässern reifen. Diese Lagerung verleiht ihm einzigartige Trockenfrucht- und Gewürznoten. Der Whiskey ist nicht kühlgefiltert und behält dadurch seinen natürlichen Charakter. In der Nase zeigt er florale und herbe Noten mit Anklängen von Vanille, Rum-Rosinen und Piment. Am Gaumen bietet er eine cremige Vanillesüße mit Trockenfrüchten, Rosinen und Aprikosen, begleitet von einem leichten Gewürzkribbeln. Der Abgang ist lang und wärmend mit anhaltender Süße, Gewürzen und Eichennoten.

Harmonious aroma with a marzipan-like undertone, fine wood smoke and fruity hints. A well-balanced overall impression on the palate to match the aroma. Malty and spicy notes enter into a beautiful alliance. Very good length.
