Tasting from 24.10.2025: Alexander Thürer, Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach, Roland Graf, Erhard Ruthner, Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler, Irene Forni, Hermann Botolen

Fruity notes on the nose, pome fruit and pears and a hint of elderberry are noticeable. Mild on the palate with vanilla at the start. After a nutty mid-palate, there is a lot of spice on the finish.
