Die Quinta do Meiral in der zentralen Region Portugals ist der Hauptsitz von Licor Beirão und der Wohnsitz der Familie Redondo, die seit über 70 Jahren Eigentümer der Marke ist. An den Hängen des Berges Lousã gelegen, werden auf den zwölf Hektar einige der Kräuter angebaut, die für die Herstellung dieses Likörs verwendet werden. Hier, im Meiral, stellt José Redondo täglich das Geheimrezept her, das er von seinem Vater geerbt und bei seiner Mutter gelernt hat, um den Likör herzustellen, der nach der Abfüllung in die ganze Welt verschickt wird. Licor Beirão ist das Ergebnis der Leidenschaft dieser Familie und wird bereits in der dritten Generation hergestellt. Er wird täglich hergestellt und ist die meistverkaufte Spirituose in Portugal.

Sweetish spice on the nose, aniseed, sweet grapes and brandy nuances, subtle orange notes in the background. Concisely sweet on the palate with notes of caramel, brandy and orange. Aniseed on the long, sweet finish.
