Tasting from 02.11.2021: Benjamin Herzog, Erhard Ruthner, Roland Graf, Othmar Kiem, David Penker, Hermann Botolen, Daniel Ulicny, Heinz Karasek, Katharina Schwaller

Powerful nose with filtered agave notes, fruit cordial, and a hint of lime. Almost strikingly sweet on the palate, followed by white pepper and fennel. A drying spiciness comes through in the aftertaste.
