Waldhimbeergeist Die Bio Waldhimbeeren werden im reinsten Korn mazeriert und anschließend schonend destilliert. Nach einer Ruhephase von einem Jahr wird das Destillat mit Urgesteinwasser aus einer eigenen Quelle auf 40% vol Trinkstärke eingestellt. Sodass unser Waldhimbeergeist sein rundes Gesamtbild erhält. Aroma Beim Genuss unseres Waldhimbeerdestillates kommt ein prägnanter und lebendiger Himbeerduft hervor. Eine feine und würzige Rosennote und etwas grüner Tee in der Nase machen den Brand zu etwas Besonderem. Er ist enorm kraftvoll und hat den Geschmack eines Himbeerpürees sehr lange im Abgang. Servierempfehlung Am besten genießt man den Geist bei Raumtemperatur, zwischen 18 und 20°C. Denn nur bei diesen Temperaturen können sich die Aromen richtig entfalten.

Slightly reserved on the nose, the fruitiness is only gradually revealed. Juicy on the palate with a few green hints, the finish is pleasant and long-lasting.
